What if I make a typo in my personalization?

Email us within 4 hours of ordering and we'll fix it free. After that we may have already started production — but reach out and we'll do our best.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. Free shipping on orders over $75. International shipping is on the roadmap.

What's your return policy?

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we'll make it right — replacement, refund, or remake. Personalized items can't be resold, so we ask for a photo to help us improve.
