Shipping Policy

Production time

Every Fondmade order is personalized and made to order. Production typically takes 3-10 business days before your order ships, depending on the product. Production time is listed on each product page.

Apparel, drinkware, and standard accessories: 3-5 business days. Engraved plaques, handcrafted signs, and wooden keepsakes: 5-10 business days. AI pet portraits and custom photo art: 5-7 business days.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, U.S. delivery typically takes 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS. Shipping speeds and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order leaves our facility. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Holiday cutoffs

For holiday and occasion-driven orders (Father's Day, Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), check the product page for the latest order-by date. We post cutoffs as each holiday approaches.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Shipping issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, email us at hello@fondmade.com with your order number and we'll resolve it. See our Refund Policy for full details on damaged or missing shipments.

Address changes

If you need to update a shipping address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, address changes may not be possible.
