Refund Policy

Because every Fondmade order is personalized and made to order, we don't accept general returns or exchanges. Once production begins on a customized item — engraving, printing, embroidery, or AI-generated artwork — the piece can't be restocked or resold.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a personalization error on our end (not a typo in your submitted text), we'll fix it. Email us at hello@fondmade.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or error
  • A photo of the shipping box, if the damage is shipping-related

We'll respond within 2 business days and either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Personalization errors on your end

Please proofread carefully before submitting. We print exactly what's entered in the personalization fields, including spelling, capitalization, and punctuation. We can't replace or refund pieces with typos, wrong dates, or formatting choices submitted at checkout.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an unpersonalized order within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. Personalized items move into production quickly — once production starts, cancellation isn't possible.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing 5 business days after the "delivered" scan, email us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
